Your Fall 2025 Social Game Plan

Here’s my simple plan for this Fall 2025 on Social. Some of you are already watching me execute it:
1 .Set the aim and Re-pillar.
What’s your Goal on social? 3 warm leads or 1 listing appointment or reach 20,000 followers? It doesn’t matter what it is. You just have to write it down and shoot for it. Re-Pillar: Social Media is always changing so you’ve gotta see what’s working. You can’t expect to do the same thing next year in the exact same way. It’s time to start testing things out and seeing what you’re going to bring to the table that’s different.
2. Weekly lineup (Get into a Routine)
Make it easy for yourself so you know how you’re gonna show up. Outline it on a notebook and have ChatGPT send you the information daily, once you figure out what your pillars are. For example…Instagram: 3 Reels, 1 carousel, Stories poll. TikTok: 3 local Q and A videos. YouTube: 1 Short and 1 long. LinkedIn: 2 expert posts or 1 PDF.
3. Turn views into talks
End every post with a simple ask like “Reply value.” Pin your booking link, answer comments fast, and once a week offer a free seller net sheet. Don’t overcomplicate it. Send people to the same thing every day for many weeks until people get used to it. I would suggest a newsletter or downloadable content. KCM has a great quarterly report that you can give out if people join your newsletter.
4. Friday sharpen
It doesn’t matter what day you do it just make sure to keep a Scoreboard in 5 minutes: posts, shares, watch time, DMs, leads. Keep what works, cut what stalls, then write next week’s hooks and block film time. You’ve got to inspect what you expect or you’re never going to get what you want.
