Attention is earned when you give value. Here are 5 ways to do it this week
1. Teach something small today that helps your audience move forward. Small can be advice on suggesting buyers put their home in a trust or something simple like cleaning your dryer vent to prevent fires.
2. The fastest way to grow is to solve real problems for free. This one is easier now that we have ai. Go to ai and ask what are the main 5 problems all home owners have and how can I solve them for them.
3. Start some posts with “what would help my ideal customer right now?” This identifies your niche and connects with that niche faster and better.
4. Share results, not just ideas. People connect with proof. Whether it’s a lesson that you learned the hard way in RE, or something that was great that’s client did or you helped with. Tell the story.
5. Consistency builds trust long before conversion happens. Many of you aren’t patient enough to post on social media consistently for a year before something good happens. Or sending out a newsletter weekly for two years before it starts picking up. The point is whatever you’re going to do in real estate takes a long time and conversion happens only after you show up consistently giving value and building that trust with your audience.
