Compass is shaking things up — they’re now allowing competitors to access their exclusive listings, but only if the listings aren’t changed, the agent stays front and center, and absolutely no monetizing.

This comes as Compass sues Zillow and pushes back on national MLS policies. Is this a win for agent freedom or just another power move?
