A lot of you ask why we built Lab Coat Agents. Here’s the answer. We didn’t build it just to hold onto it. We built it so every generation of agents that comes after us has a better starting line than we did.

The agents who come next won’t try to be us. They’ll become something we couldn’t have been. They’ll have tools we didn’t have, courage we had to earn the hard way, and a willingness to challenge every rule we were told to never question.

That’s because someone before us did the same thing. They poured everything into us. The late nights. The scripts that failed. The doors that closed in their faces. They gave us all of it so we wouldn’t start from zero. And we owe it forward.

Every generation of agents exists to make the next one better. That’s not a loss. That’s the whole point. The greatest thing any generation can say isn’t “look what we built.” It’s “look what they’re building because of us.” That’s the work. That’s the reward.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
