I’ve been testing every AI tool out there and my stack keeps evolving, but right now two have pulled ahead of the pack:

Perplexity Computer and Claude. Perplexity Computer isn’t just a search tool anymore. It’s a full-on AI agent. It can build websites, create landing pages, and automate processes for you. You tell it what you need and it goes and does the work. That’s the future. We’re moving past AI that just answers questions and into AI that actually executes. For anyone in real estate trying to build out their online presence or streamline their business, this is the one to watch.

Then there’s Claude. I use it for long form content, building out websites, writing systems, and anything that requires depth and nuance. It just gets it right. The writing doesn’t sound like a robot wrote it, the outputs are structured the way I actually think, and it handles complex projects better than anything else I’ve used. When I need something built or written at a high level, that’s where I go. The rest of the tools on my list still have their place, but if you forced me to pick two right now, it’s Perplexity Computer and Claude. Not even close.
