Read this if AI makes you feel behind

Hey,

I want to tell you something that might be hard to hear, but I think it'll help.

The reason most agents haven't started with AI has nothing to do with intelligence. It has nothing to do with being "techy" or "not techy." I've watched agents who can barely find their email settings build AI systems that save them 10 hours a week.

The real block is this: it feels uncomfortable to be a beginner again. You're successful. You know your market. You know how to read people, negotiate, close. And then someone puts a blank AI prompt in front of you and suddenly you feel like you're back in your first year not knowing what you're doing.

That feeling is why most agents either ignore AI completely or try it once, feel awkward, and quietly walk away.

But here's what I've learned coaching agents through this: the ones who win with AI aren't the most technical. They're the ones who were willing to feel uncomfortable for a few weeks until it clicked.

That's it. Willingness. And let me ask you this,  how many times in your career have you pushed through something that felt uncomfortable at first and then it became second nature? Prospecting. Video. Social media. Negotiation. You've done this before. You already know what's on the other side of that discomfort.

AI is the same thing. It's just the next version of that. And here's what I can promise you…if you can write an email, text a client, or post on social media, you already have the skills. We just connect the dots inside a system that works for real estate.

If something in you has been saying "I need to do this," trust that instinct. I created this AI Coaching that feels like a workshop for agents like you. It’s only $25 a month, it’s inexpensive on purpose so you jump in and you show up, but it wont’ bleed you dry while still growing and learning.

You don't have to be "techy." You just have to be willing to start.

Let's grow,
Tristan
