The Department of Justice clarified its stance on the National Association of Realtors’ Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP), stating that it is not inherently anticompetitive. However, the DOJ expressed concern about MLSs that allow cooperative compensation alongside CCP. This clarification comes at a crucial time as NAR prepares to decide the fate of CCP.
