Write This After Every Client Call (It Pays Off)

I’ve journaled almost every day for the last 16 years. Here are 5 things I write down and why they’ve changed how I make decisions, build relationships, and stay sane:
First — Decision processing. When you’re facing a tough call, write out the options, the pros, the cons, and your gut reaction.
Second — Idea capture. Content ideas. Business concepts.
Third — Relationship notes. After meaningful conversations with clients, team members, or partners, jot down what you learned about them.
Fourth — Gratitude and wins. Entrepreneurship is a grind.
Fifth - Put all of your writings into AI and mastermind with your own thoughts, that could fill another journal up.
