Got 60 Seconds? Try These Local Video Ideas

Community Spotlight

If you only had 60 seconds or less to post a local video to start conversations. Here are 4 video ideas:

1. Open with a hook: “In [City], two homes just closed. Here is what it means for your street.” Talk about how prices are either going up or down in your specific areas based on those homes and the comps. Keep the first line under 7 seconds.

2. People Love New: “Hey [City], we’ve got 2 new places opening up soon. The first one is [name] and I’m excited because of [Blank]. The second one is [Name] and you will want to go to that if you love [Blank].” If you don’t know where to start with this one simply head to ChatGPT and ask what’s opening up in your area soon and verify on google after.

3. The FED: “The FED just cut the rate, but what’s happening next. It looks like there will be two more rate cuts but they won’t be for more than .25%, but let’s keep an eye on the jobs market and inflation because that could change fast. What are you seeing here in [City Name]?” Use ChatGPT to outline it and create a simple transcript. Stick to the facts and then give your interpretation. People want to know what you think, just make sure you let them know that it can go either way.

4. This has been a good one for us. “The number one mistake I see buyers make is after they buy a home they don’t put their home into a trust. I’m not an attorney, but here are some benefits I know from doing that. DM me or comment below and I’ll send a few choices of local attorneys here in [City Name] that you can choose from.” Make sure you don’t act as an attorney and also be sure to come from a point of helping. If you need to create a nice transcript for this so it’s smoother than go to ai to create a solid one for you. The last time I did this one I had over 500,000 views and 1 buyer client from the video.
