This Wednesday, January 14, oral arguments begin in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the NAR settlement. But the argument isn't about commissions—it's about the JUDGE.

The "Ghostwriting" Allegation explained: Law Professor Tanya Monestier has filed a brief arguing the District Court Judge "rubber-stamped" the plaintiffs' proposed order without independent review. She claims he ignored her 136-page objection and simply copy-pasted the attorneys' draft.

If the appellate court finds that "Ghostwriting" occurred, the settlement approval is void.

We could be looking at a total reset of the case.
