Better marketing beats more marketing. Try these 5 things that you've seen me do:
1.Email: Send one value email each week. Stick to the niche you’re great at and build it out on Breakthrough Broker and use Ai to build out a more complete content plan that’s relevant to your audience. Use this flow: hook line, one tip, one proof, one simple call to action.
2. Social: Post three times a week at least and use some of the content you used in the newsletter to make it easier to show up. Post a graphic that ties to the newsletter, make 1-2 videos that pull information from the newsletter and drive people to your newsletter by putting up the link to it on your profile. Use Constant Contact or Beehiiv.
3.Video: Record three 30 second clips in one session. Start with the problem, give one step, then invite a reply or DM. Shoot near a window (Better light) and speak to one person: think of who your audience is and speak to that specific avatar. i.e. First time home buyer in Los Angeles with low down payment…
4. Presentations: Build a four slide deck. Market snapshot, recent wins, plan for their home, next steps. Big fonts, one idea per slide. You’ve seen me do this before on Breakthrough broker and you’ve seen me build it out using Claude Ai connected to Canva.
5.Title or Escrow boost: Ask your title or escrow partner for a quick net sheet or local turnover stat. Or ask them to connect you to the net sheet app that you can use often. Drop it into your email or listing deck to add real numbers. Don’t over use this, use it when you think it will help the home owners you know.
