A year from now, this email will mean something to you
Hey,
Let me paint you two pictures.
Agent A reads these emails, thinks "yeah, I should do something about AI," and then life happens. They get busy. They tell themselves they'll circle back when the market shifts or when they have more time. Twelve months from now, they're in the same spot, working harder, not smarter, watching other agents operate at a speed they can't match manually.
Agent B reads these emails and something clicks. Not because they have more time or more money. Because they decided that adapting now, while most agents are still on the sidelines, gives them an edge they can't get later. They spend a few weeks learning, building, implementing. Twelve months from now, their business runs differently. Follow-up happens without them. Content goes out daily. They spend their time on conversations and closings, not admin.
Same market. Same opportunity. Different decision.
Here's the question I'd ask if we were sitting across from each other right now: which one feels more like you? If you've been reading these emails and something keeps pulling you back, a curiosity, a frustration with how you're spending your time, a sense that you should be further along with this, that's not random. That's your instinct telling you something.
The agents inside AI For Real Estate didn't join because they had it all figured out. They joined because they were honest enough to say: "I don't want to be the agent who looked back and realized I waited too long."
I can't make this decision for you. But I can tell you that the door is open right now, and the agents who walk through it this month will have a head start that compounds every single week.
Whatever you decide, I appreciate you reading these. And if the timing isn't right today, I respect that. But if it is, don't let this one sit in your inbox.
With appreciation,
Tristan
