Who woulda thought that the little Facebook group that could, would end up being the largest community of real agents in the world?

Let me take you back 11 years when I was introduced to someone who became my business partner, but most importantly one of my closest friends.

Tristan Ahumada asked me (without really knowing me) if I wanted to help him grow this community of 1400 agents, and I said, “Sure!” We didn’t really speak on the phone for the first six months, but then we hit 5,000 members and we were like, “Hmm… we may be on to something.”

It was truly the only community of its kind back then, where agents were sharing their best practices and secrets of their success with the world. This was something that had never really been seen in the real estate space before. Most agents kept their head down and didn’t disclose what they did to grow their business. Once that door was open it couldn’t be shut.

Agents were pouring into LCA by the thousands, and they were literally canceling their paid coaching because they were learning more from just being in here for FREE.

Real estate tech companies saw where the eyeballs were and started asking us if we would let them post. That’s how we started our LCA Partnership Program.

Well, 170,000 members, 200,000 email subscribers, thousands of webinars and 15 live events later, LCA is still a leader in education in the industry.
