1 Start simple and commit. Pick one platform to show up this week and lock a schedule. Example: Instagram, Mon Wed Fri at 9am. Keep a steady rhythm: Market stat Monday, Simple tip Wednesday, Local story Friday. Close each with the same line so people know the next step: “Comment UPDATE for your [Neighborhood] plan.”
2 Share what you are learning right now
Use this three line format: What I saw this week in [City]. What it means for buyers or sellers. One clear step to take. Example: “Two listings in [Neighborhood] sat 21 days then sold after a small price cut. If you are listing soon, plan your first price review on day 10. Reply PRICE and I will send the checklist.”
3 Repurpose your best content. You’ll watch me do this often!Take one message and repurpose it so more people see it. Subject line for email: “This week in [Neighborhood] housing.” Reel hook: “Buying in [City] soon. Watch this first.” Carousel frames: What changed. What to do this week. What happens if you wait. Finish all three with the same invite: “DM PLAN for your one page guide.” This is the biggest opportunity you have to create more content.
4 Don’t be all over the place. Stick to one story at a time and keep people engaged by not getting off topic. When you start of talking about one thing make sure you stick to the story and theme so people feel like that they got what you promised with your “hook” or your opening line.
