Question for the group: How many people log their texts, and emails to and from thier clients. According to my states regulations everything is to be logged and kept for 6 years. If you do log how do you then archive and record. I have had conversations that are easily over a 100 texts back and forth. Looking for solutions thst have worked for you. Join the Conversation
